During today’s culinary workshop, students cleaned juicy plums to make a delicious winter treat. They learned about pitting techniques, as well as the choice of preservation, be it cooking in syrup, making jam or drying. They enjoyed the overall preparation and the methods used to preserve the summer flavor of the plums for the cold winter days.
