Through integrative teaching, third and fourth grade students engaged with women in various scientific fields, emphasizing the importance and necessity of greater representation of women in both science and art. Throughout the tasks and challenges presented, they expressed their desire to follow in the footsteps of architects, writers, pilots, and mathematicians. Initially, they were introduced to the most significant women in Serbia and their contributions to society through a multimedia presentation. Differentiated tasks prompted them to answer questions about these figures and encouraged the use of internet search engines for additional information. By constructing LEGO robots and various aircraft, they gained valuable digital skills that will enable them to use new technologies creatively in the future. Through artistic activities such as drawing future occupations, they were encouraged to reflect on their own potential. Learning about women in science and culture not only broadened their knowledge but also encouraged them to think about diversity within the scientific community.
